Full Certification Services

The main objective of our full certification services. which’s application principles are regulated by the Law No. 3568. is to determine the transactions and tax risks that are incompatible with the tax legislation of the institutions. 

For this purpose. the legal documents and records of the institutions and the supporting documents are examined by our expert personnel as of the temporary tax periods and our findings are reported to the management of the company. Thus. the errors are detected and corrected in a timely manner. In addition. our reports also contain suggestions on the use of tax advantages. so that institutions can make use of the exceptions and exemptions provided in the tax laws. 

Furthermore. the Ministry of Finance does not make any examination initially unless there is a notice or complaint about the business in return for the “Full Certification Audit Report” given to it.
