About Us
Born in Ankara in 1983, Serdar Tasdoken graduated from Anadolu University’s Economic Faculty, majoring in Labour Economics and Industrial Relations. In 2015, he completed his master’s degree in International Tax Law with distinction (LLM) at Bournemouth University. Additionally, he graduated from Maltepe University’s Faculty of Law in 2019 and is pursuing his Doctorate in Private Law at Istanbul Medeniyet University.
He began his career in 2005 as an Assistant State Accounting Specialist at the General Directorate of Public Accounts within the Ministry of Finance. Throughout his tenure, he worked in several units of the Ministry of Finance, developing expertise in various areas, including public expenditure legislation and auditing. His experience extends to tax investigation. As part of their in-service training, he acted as the training coordinator for assistant inspectors in the Ministry of Finance. Additionally, he was an instructor in the seminars offered for personnel in other units within the Ministry.
In 2016, he established Denklem Sworn-in Certified Public Accountancy and Auditing Inc. It provides complete certification and consultancy services on company and labour law to businesses in diverse sectors, particularly in construction, iron and steel, plastics, and tourism. Additionally, in collaboration with TNS Tax Limited, established by the founder in 2018 and headquartered in London, England, it offers global tax consulting and auditing services to companies operating overseas and VAT refund and tax inspection consultancy.
He took part in studies undertaken by the “Strengthening Equity Working Group” and the “Improving the Startup Ecosystem Working Group” in the Tax Council and the “Working Life Development Working Group” in the Coordination Board for the Improvement of the Investment Environment.
He has over forty tax, accounting, and law articles published in peer-reviewed journals. He is fluent in English.
